Houses

Buying houses is done through a marker located near the house. Vacant and auctioned houses are displayed on the map with a green mark. Payment of bills, management of residents, regulation of access to the lock of the pantry are done through a special application in the tablet. If the payment is delayed, the house will become the property of the state, and its former owner will receive 75% of the state value of the house.

You can own only 1 house and 1 apartment on one character. Garage spaces from both properties are combined. You can also buy up to 30 additional garage spaces F2 - Donat - Other - Garage space. You can have up to 50 garage spaces. The more garage spaces purchased, the higher the price for the next space.

When purchasing a family, your house will become family property. The house will not need to be paid for (so far there is no such possibility), and when entering the game, all family members can choose it as a place of appearance. Garage slots of the family home are available to the family leader. You cannot make an apartment a family home. The head of the family can buy his own house.

To move another player to your house, press the "G" key - Move. To transfer the keys to the storeroom, press the "G" key - Transfer key - Key to the storeroom. To sell a house to another player, you need to press the "G" key - Trade - Sell a house, and you can sell it to the state through a tablet.
